Tropical Coffee Cake

I wanted to make a coffee cake and found this one last night. It was very different and easy. It uses pineapple in the batter and topped with a toasted coconut-cinnamon streusel. It was very moist and delicious. Everyone loved it and I think it's already gone which is a good sign. I'm going to post the recipe because I know many of you will want it. I added a teaspoon of Vanilla Paste which I think gave it a nice touch.
