Ricotta Limoncello Pound Cake

This is possibly the best pound cake on the planet! Much has been written about pound cakes, that regardless Sara Lee (yes believe it or not) makes the best. I found this recipe and made a couple of tweaks. I doubled the vanilla extract (and be sure to use only the best Mexican Vanilla) and added 2 tablespoons of Limoncello. This thing is legendary! If you do not like pound cake use it as a door stop for that heavy door that won't stay open. It is incredibly moist and made with cake flour to give it that beautiful texture. This one melts in your mouth and will bring rave reviews!
