My New Favorite Creation

Since my new love is anything made with real Maple Syrup I ran across a recipe for Maple Pots de Creme.  The photos didn't move me which is what usually draws me to the recipes I try out, but since it involved Maple Syrup I thought I would give it a whirl.  OMG is the only way to describe it! This is best described as like a Creme Brulee.  Decadent, delicious, creamy and with a subtle hint of Maple.  Here is the recipe and it get 2 thumbs up and the remaining 8 fingers as well!  This is very easy to make and the reward will be the eyes rolled back in the head and moans from everyone who takes their first bite.
